BIOGAS AMERICAS Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our sponsors/exhibitors to the best of our ability. However, due to the logistical considerations involved in organizing BIOGAS AMERICAS, we have established the following cancellation policies:

Sponsor/Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the start date of the event (February 10, 2027) will be eligible for a full refund, less a 3% administrative fee. Refunds or partial refunds will be issued only if there is a waitlist for sponsorships/exhibitors within 90 days of the event start date.

Attendee Cancellation Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the start date of the event (February 10, 2027) will be eligible for a full refund, less a 3% administrative fee.
2. Refunds will be given at 50% value between 90 days and 30 days out from the event (February 10, 2027 – April 10, 2027).
3. Refunds will not be given within 30 days of the start date of the event (April 10, 2027).
4. Substitution: Attendee substitutions can be made at any time without penalty. Some expenses may apply depending on date. By registering for BIOGAS AMERICAS, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 5. All add-on event tickets (training, networking events) are non-refundable within 90 days of the conference (February 10, 2027).
