Invoicing For Exhibit Space

If you register for your booth or sponsorship before December 31, 2025 you will need to pay a deposit of $750 at the time of purchase via a credit card, or you will be invoiced for your deposit, due 30 days after purchase. You will be invoiced for the remainder of your booth space or sponsorship at the same time and that invoice is due by December 31, 2025.

 

If you register January 1, 2026 or later, you will need to pay the full amount of your booth space or sponsorship at the time of purchase, or if you choose to be invoiced, that invoice is due within 30 days of your purchase.

 

All booth spaces and sponsorship payments are due before May 18, even if you purchase within 30 days of that date.

There will be payment instructions in the registration portal. We accept all major credit cards. If you need to pay by ACH, Wire, or Check, there will be instructions on how to request.

Sponsorships

Registration

10x10 booth: Two registrations are included; 10x20 booth- Three registrations are included; 10x30 booth- Four registrations are included; 20x20 booth- Five registrations are included. You will be given a promo code after you pay for your exhibit space to register your personnel.

For non-exhibitors, you can purchase additional registrations anytime at www.biogasamericas.com. For exhibitors, you can purchase additional exhibitor registrations through the exhibitor registration portal, available December 2025.

 As an ABC member, additional tickets are always $780 no matter when you register. Additional nonmember registration cost varies based on type of registration and timing. For applicable fees, visit https://biogasamericas.com/ or email our team at events@americanbiogascouncil.org

Booth Details

Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high blue back drape and 3' high blue side drape. Booths 300 square feet or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 square feet may receive an identification sign upon request. 

  • 10x10 booth: Two registrations, 8' High Back Drape, 3' High Side Drape, 7"x44" ID Sign
  • 10x20 booth: Three registrations, 8' High Back Drape, 3' High Side Drape, 7"x44" ID Sign
  • 10x30 booth: Four registrations, 8' High Back Drape, 3' High Side Drape, 7"x44" ID Sign
  • 20x20 booth: Five registrations

Individual exhibit booths are not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted in blue. Show Management requires all exhibitors to provide flooring for their booth. You may bring your own or you may rent from Freeman Decorating, the official general contractor at https://www.freeman.com/find-show/

Booth furnishings budget can vary based on your needs. General budgeting, prices are not guaranteed, we suggest $700-$1000 per 10x10 for carpet, table, chairs, and material handling. If you require power, AV, and or any specialty items, increase your budget proportionately.

  • Standard Side Chair Price: $126.10

You may hire additional booth staff with the condition that all booth staff will need to be registered for the full event. Please check the registration site for applicable rates. BIOGAS AMERICAS does not offer booth personnel for hire services, we suggest searching a local talent agency in Detroit, Michigan.

All attendees, temporary or company employees must be registered for the full event. Additional tickets can be purchased by exhibitors for $630 in the exhibitor portal, available December 2025.

Show Schedule

The move-in date is Tuesday, May 19, 2026: 8am-4pm. The opening exhibit hall reception will be from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Yes! If you require early move in, we will make accommodation for up to 5% of the exhibitors to move in on Sunday prior to 1:00 PM. Note, pre-orders from Freeman may not be delivered prior to 1:00 PM

Tuesday, May 19, 2026: 8:00am-6:00pm

Wednesday, May 20, 2026: 8:00am-6:30pm

Thursday, May 21, 2026: 8:00am-6:30pm

The move-out date is May 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM . Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed, or plastic covering has been laid in the aisles of the exhibit hall.

Note that any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates, and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and disposal fee during exhibitor move-out. Any excess materials left in the booth at the end of the event will be considered trash.

Yes! Shipments must arrive on Sunday April 27th or Monday April 28th, 2025. Shipments arriving prior to this date will be refused and will be instructed to redeliver on Monday April 28th. You are encouraged to ship your materials to the advanced warehouse to avoid delays.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material.  Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or un-skidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material beginning April 3rd, 2025, at the above address. Material arriving after April 23, 2025, will be received at the warehouse with an additional charge after the deadline.

Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
