Invoicing For Exhibit Space
Sponsorships
The Title Sponsor is the main full conference sponsor of BIOGAS AMERICAS, limited to one company and the previous year’s Title Sponsor will receive the first right of refusal for the sponsorship. Title Sponsorship includes: 5 Registrants, 20x20 premium booth, Title sponsor logo lockup, Sponsor link, Complimentary suite upgrade at the hotel, speaking slot during the Opening keynote session, and more. The Title Sponsor has already been secured for 2025.
Sponsor packages will be available on or before November 18th, 2024.

Our sponsorship rate sheet will be sent out as follows:
- If you spent $29k or more at BIOGAS AMERICAS 2024, you will receive the sponsorship registration link on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
- If you spent $15k or more at BIOGAS AMERICAS 2024, you will receive the sponsorship registration link on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
- If you spent $7,500 or more at BIOGAS AMERICAS 2024, you will receive the sponsorship registration link on Thursday, Nov. 14.
- The registration link will be made public on Friday, Nov. 15

No. BIOGAS AMERICAS does not provide tradeshow only passes at this time. The ticket includes access to meals, tradeshow, and breakouts and no additional events. The best way to save on your ticket fees is to become an ABC member and take advantage of the member discount. You can learn about ABC membership here: https://americanbiogascouncil.org/membership/.

Booth Details
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high blue back drape and 3' high blue side drape. Booths 300 square feet or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 square feet may receive an identification sign upon request.

Individual exhibit booths are not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted in blue. Show Management requires all exhibitors to provide flooring for their booth. You may bring your own or you may rent from Freeman Decorating, the official general contractor at https://www.freeman.com/find-show/
Booth furnishings budget can vary based on your needs. General budgeting, prices are not guaranteed, we suggest $700-$1000 per 10x10 for carpet, table, chairs, and material handling. If you require power, AV, and or any specialty items, increase your budget proportionately.

You may hire additional booth staff with the condition that all booth staff will need to be registered for the full event. Please check the registration site for applicable rates. BIOGAS AMERICAS does not offer booth personnel for hire services, we suggest searching a local talent agency in Devener Colorado.

To take advantage of advance order discount rates, place orders on FreemanOnline by March 30, 2025.
The move-in date is Sunday April 27th, 2025, at 1:00pm to 5:00pm and Monday April 28th, 2025, at 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The opening exhibit hall reception will be from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Yes! If you require early move in, we will make accommodation for up to 5% of the exhibitors to move in on Sunday prior to 1:00 PM. Note, pre-orders from Freeman may not be delivered prior to 1:00 PM

The move-out date is April 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM . Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed, or plastic covering has been laid in the aisles of the exhibit hall.
Note that any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates, and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and disposal fee during exhibitor move-out. Any excess materials left in the booth at the end of the event will be considered trash.

Yes! Shipments must arrive on Sunday April 27th or Monday April 28th, 2025. Shipments arriving prior to this date will be refused and will be instructed to redeliver on Monday April 28th. You are encouraged to ship your materials to the advanced warehouse to avoid delays.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material. Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or un-skidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.
Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material beginning April 3rd, 2025, at the above address. Material arriving after April 23, 2025, will be received at the warehouse with an additional charge after the deadline.
Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
