Invoicing For Exhibit Space
If you register for your booth or sponsorship before December 31, 2025, you will need to pay a deposit of $750 at the time of purchase via a credit card, or you will be invoiced for your deposit, due 30 days after purchase. You will be invoiced for the remainder of your booth space or sponsorship at the same time and that invoice is due by December 31, 2025.
If you register January 1, 2026 or later, you will need to pay the full amount of your booth space or sponsorship at the time of purchase, or if you choose to be invoiced, that invoice is due within 30 days of your purchase.
All booth spaces and sponsorship payments are due before May 18, 2026, prior to the event, even if you purchase within 30 days of that date.

All exhibitors can purchase one (1) additional discounted registration for $680.
For non-exhibitors, you can purchase additional registrations anytime at www.biogasamericas.com. For exhibitors, you can purchase additional exhibitor registrations at www.prereg.net/2026/biogas/exhibitor.
All exhibitors have access to one (1) additional registration at the discounted rate of $680. ABC Member companies can register any attendees after that for the member rate, which is $780. Non-ABC member companies registration cost varies based on type and timing of the registration. Venue Details and Housing
The headquarters hotel is the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. Visit this link to book now by April 23 at 5:00 PM to secure the event rate.
Booth Details
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high blue back drape and 3' high blue side drape. Booths 300 square feet or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 square feet may receive an identification sign upon request. Additionally, exhibitors will receive complimentary registrations as noted below.

The aisles will be carpeted in midnight blue. Individual exhibit booths are not carpeted. Show Management requires all exhibitors to provide carpet or flooring for their booth. You may bring your own or you may rent from Freeman, the official general contractor at https://www.freemanco.com/store/show/landing?showID=538746.
Booth furnishings budget can vary based on your needs. For general budgeting purposes (prices are not guaranteed) we suggest $1000-$1500 per 10x10 for carpet, table, chairs, and material handling. If you require power, AV, and or any specialty items, increase your budget proportionately.
Cost for these common items (including tax) if ordered by the April 21 discount deadline are as follows:
6’ x 30” draped table: $291.49
Standard side chair: $122.22
10’ x 10’ standard carpet: $377.68
1000 watt 120 volt electrical outlet: $178.88
Material handling: $2.55 per pound
You may hire additional booth staff with the condition that they are registered for the event.BIOGAS AMERICAS does not offer booth personnel for hire services. We suggest searching for a local talent agency in Detroit.
All attendees, temporary or company employees must be registered for the full event. Additional tickets can be purchased by exhibitors for $680 in the exhibitor portal, available December 2025.
All exhibitors can access their Exhibitor Resources Portal through the ExpoGenie platform, which serves as the central hub for managing your booth, registrations, invoices, and event logistics.

Exhibitor move-in is Monday, May 18 12:00-4:00 PM and Tuesday, May 19 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. If you order items from Freeman or ship your freight in advance to the warehouse, everything will be in your booth at 12 PM on Monday. If you need an earlier time on Monday, please reach out to Freeman directly.

Yes! If you require early move in, we will make accommodation for up to 5% of the exhibitors to move in prior to 12:00 PM. Note, pre-orders from Freeman may not be delivered prior to 12:00 PM.

Exhibitor move-out is Thursday, May 21 from 1:00-8:00 PM.
Note that any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates, and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling and disposal fee during exhibitor move-out. Any excess materials left in the booth at the end of the event will be considered trash.

Yes! Shipments must arrive on Sunday April 27th or Monday April 28th, 2025. Shipments arriving prior to this date will be refused and will be instructed to redeliver on Monday April 28th. You are encouraged to ship your materials to the advanced warehouse to avoid delays.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material. Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or un-skidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.
Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded material beginning April 3rd, 2025, at the above address. Material arriving after April 23, 2025, will be received at the warehouse with an additional charge after the deadline.
Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
