Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our sponsors/exhibitors to the best of our ability. However, due to the logistical considerations involved in organizing BIOGAS AMERICAS, we have established the following cancellation policies:

Sponsor/Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:

1. All sponsor/exhibitor cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to events@americanbiogascouncil.org with the subject line “Cancellation Request – BIOGAS AMERICAS”
2. Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the start date of the event (January 28, 2025) will be eligible for a full refund, less a 3% administrative fee. Refunds or partial refunds will be issued only if there is a waitlist for sponsorships/exhibitors within 90 days of the event start date.
3. Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or partial attendance of the event. Registrants who do not attend the event without prior cancellation will be considered “no-shows” and will not be eligible for refunds.
4. Substitution: Sponsor/exhibitor substitutions can be made at any time without penalty. Some expenses may apply depending on date. Please notify us in writing of any substitutions at least 30 days before the event start date.

Attendee Cancellation Policy:

1. All attendee cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to events@americanbiogascouncil.org with the subject line “Cancellation Request – BIOGAS AMERICAS”
2. Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the start date of the event (January 28, 2025) will be eligible for a full refund, less a 3% administrative fee.
3. Refunds will be given at 50% value between 90 days and 30 days out from the event (January 28 – March 29, 2025).
4. Refunds will not be given within 30 days of the start date of the event (March 29, 2025).
5. Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or partial attendance of the event. Registrants who do not attend the event without prior cancellation will be considered “no-shows” and will not be eligible for refunds.
6. Substitution: Attendee substitutions can be made at any time without penalty. Some expenses may apply depending on date.By registering for BIOGAS AMERICAS, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
